Yes, your assignment schedules and supporting documents cannot be submitted to your factor if your computer is not conected to the internet or your internet service is down.

We only provide technical support for the CFO Application. If you have questions regarding your factoring relationship please contact your factoring company. If you have accounting/quickbooks management questions please contact your accountant or boookkeeper.

Please check and change the application display settings in the "Settings" area. If you don't have invoices in QuickBooks in the date range defined the list will look empty.
